Hotel Equatorial provides top-notch Wedding Specialist Services to ensure you can focus on other aspects of your wedding. The planning period is estimated at a comfortable 12-month period before the actual wedding date.
Our Wedding Specialist Services starts with us understanding your full requirements and in the process making suggestions until we get a clear idea of your desired wedding. We will then provide you with a full quotation. Upon confirmation, we will finalise the package and menu details with you after which you will be invited for a food tasting – allowing you to preview the menu you have selected and make changes if necessary. Subsequent discussions will finalise theme and décor, actual number of guests and the venue floor plan. There will be a final discussion to ensure that everything is managed and taken care of to give you the wedding of your dreams.
To help you manage the cost, we would also draw up a schedule of progressive payments throughout the planning and organizing period.
