Celebrating the New Year, Hotel Equatorial will bring you an upgraded version of the traditional Beijing Peking Duck with a layer of pure gold on top, which enhances the flavour and such an outstanding look when each piece of the golden-leaf crispy duck skin is cut and served at the table. You can choose from the following great combos:

Duck skin roll cake – 12 pieces of duck skin served with pancakes, cucumber, onion, and premium hoisin sauce
Duck meat – Fried rice or noodles options available
Duck bones – To be roasted with salt and pepper or cooked with soup
